QUALITY: Our Quality Management System is unique and above all guaranties absolute, detail and reliable report for the buyer. The possibility of equipment or material inspection from our engineers and experts becomes a reality, as more effective results are possible for the buyer. INSPECTMAC provides this type of service to any client and as a result has a wealth of knowledge and experience in source inspection, service is controlled by procedures from our Quality Assurance System. In addition to the general Quality Procedures issued by experience engineers, offices and field personnel issues Contract Specific Procedure, in cases where client's requirements differ from our normal standards. Field Personnel is based in various locations close to the major industrial areas in order to provide full coverage whilst minimizing travel costs. Disciplines inspectors of varying disciplines may be involved to cover specialized aspects such as Electrical /Instrumentation, Mechanical and Final result after test preparation of assignments. Afterwards regional office coordination personnel review all incoming purchase order to resolve any anomalies or shortages of client related documents, drawings/ specifications. Pre-Inspection Meetings are carried out when required. Pre-inspection meetings are conducted at the supplier's premises in order to establish an inspection schedule, ascertain witness/hold points and resolve any conflicts that may exist in relation to interpretation of purchase order details, specifications, standards and drawings. Where called for, client's representative may attend the pre-inspection meeting. Communication. Appreciating the need for speedy report responses the Group uses, in addition to normal office support systems, a worldwide e-mail system. The combination of facilities ensures the ability to meet client requirements. |
